Pay With Paypal

PayPal is an easy way to integrate today’s most popular payment methods. And PayPal makes it simple to add new payment methods whenever they become available.

Firstly, you can set up a Paypal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it’s free. And then when pay with Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Advantages with using Paypal:

Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. ALOVHA doesn't receive your credit card number,name and other bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Notes on quick payment

If you are used to using quick payments (Paypal/Apple/Google Pay), they will usually remember your address in advance and fill it in automatically, but sometimes the address may be incomplete. Please check your address information after payment.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

Common reasons are as follows:

- You click to buy repeatedly.
- The web page is refreshed repeatedly.

If you find that you have made a double payment, please contact customer service team via hi@alovha.com and provide your payment bill record. We will refund your money, please don't worry.

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?

Common reasons are as follows:

- The card info is incorrect. Please kindly check the expiration date, billing address, and security code (The security code can be on the back of your Visa/Master card).
- Card issuer bank declined your payment. Not enough balance on the card.
- Shipping address and billing address are inconsistent/incorrect.

If everything is correct, please open another browser and/or try other forms of payment to complete your order.

WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Common reasons are as follows:

- Payment interface sync exception.
- Order notification email triggers interface exception.
