WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
Time Limit For Returns:
All purchases (containing regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the package of your order.
Return Instructions:
-30 days no reason to return.
-Returned items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached.
-Gifts (if any) must be returned together.
-Original shipping cost is not refundable when an item is returned.
-Final Sale items cannot be returned.
WILL I BE CHARGED A RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Situations when you need to pay for return shipping fee:
-You don’t like it after you receive it.
-You no longer need it.
-The size does not fit.(For size issues, please refer to the sizing solution, we will provide you with a more satisfactory solution instead of a troublesome return process.)
-Any other personal subjective reasons.
Situations when ALOVHA need to pay for return shipping fee:
-Product quality issues.
-The product is inconsistent with the picture.
-Product size measurement results are inconsistent with the size chart.
-Sent the wrong items.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY
If you find that the clothes you received have serious quality problems or color difference problems, we will provide a 30-day unconditional full refund service.
The conditions for a full refund are as follows:
Quality Issues:
Clothing holes,Stains,Button or zipper sewing problems,Attachment missing,etc.
Other Issues:
Severe color difference,Serious discrepancy between the real object and the picture,Inconsistent sleeve length,etc.
Expenses to Bear:
ALOVHA will take full responsibility, including the product amount you pay and logistics costs (all costs you pay)
You don’t need to spend time returning defective products to us.
WHERE IS THE RETURN ADDRESS
Return address is in United States.
Please contact customer service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you more information via mail. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND
We automatically issue a refund for the items within 1-3 days when your package is received and processed at our warehouse.
Original shipping cost is not refundable when an item is returned.
Refund arrival time:
Credit card: usually within 24 hours (may be delayed during holidays).
Paypal: usually arrives within 1-3 days.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to exchange an item, we will start your exchange process after the warehouse receives your returned package.
For sizing issues, please click on sizing solutions. We do not recommend that you start the exchange process due to sizing issues.
Please note that our inventory is subject to change and the stock is not guaranteed until you ship your return back to us.
If the product you want to exchange is not in stock, we will recommend that you exchange the product or refund you according to the return process.
